Class News March 4-8

What’s New
in Grade Two?
March 4-8, 2013

Last week was certainly one to remember!  Mrs. Cramer "sub"ed for us Friday afternoon in her pajamas!!  Well, we were all wearing our pajamas...but still, a pretty cool day if you ask me!  We celebrated Dr. Seuss birthday by creating hats with some of Dr. Suess' rhyming words from his books!  We read Green Eggs and Ham and wrote about something yucky we had to eat.  I will post some pictures of our activities soon!

We have been working on our Think Show project too!  We can identify and explain the function of  insects' three main body parts.  Come check out our innovative 3-D models of insects you've never seen before!

It's hard to believe, but next week is Spring Break!  I hope you all take advantage of the time and do something special together as a family, whether it be in-town or out-of-town!
